Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Recommend measures to improve work methods. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise workers and projects. Train or arrange for training. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Co-ordinate repairs and rentals. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Type of industry experience: Trucking. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Flexibility. Organized. Team player. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Other benefits: Parking available.
