Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Outdoors. Wet/damp. Odours. Dusty. Hot. Work setting: Landscape contractor. Construction. Tasks: Assist with landscape constructions. Cut grass. Rake and collect refuse. Remove litter and garbage. Cart and spread topsoil and other materials. Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees. Apply fertilizers. Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens. Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment. Tree removal. Build patios, garden walls and other decorative installations. Area of work experience: Snow removal. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability: Flexibility. Team player. Punctuality. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
