Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Calculate cost of travel and accommodations. Handle reimbursement in case of transportation and hotel reservations cancellation. Perform general office duties. Sell travel products and travel insurance. Attend to cancellations and schedule changes. Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing system. Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options and travel costs. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA). Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO). Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Sabre. Travel bookings: Business travel. Leisure travel. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Organized. Reliability. Team player. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?. Do you have the above-indicated required certifications?.
