\*Job Overview\* We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. \*Responsibilities\* - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out efficiently - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department - Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services - Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Utilize multilingual skills to assist international guests \*Experience\* - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Knowledge of front desk operations and phone systems - Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus - Familiarity with hotel procedures and guest services is beneficial - Bilingual proficiency is advantageous Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests in a dynamic hospitality environment.
