As a candidate, we encourage you to have an open dialogue with a member of our HR Team and ask compensation related questions, including pay details for this role.Job Description:Job Summary:Act as key business oversight lead and provide expert/ specialized business guidance and 2nd line challenge and oversight to portfolios, businesses and functions on development, maintenance, and implementation of all aspects of AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC compliance programs in line with the Bank's risk appetite and strategic direction.Job Accountabilities:Will support AVP in coordinating and streamlining all reporting for TDS FCRM Advisory globally. Will assist with management and tracking of all findings and issues.Provide expert/specialized regulatory compliance and prudential risk management guidance on AML/ATF /Sanctions/ABAC matters affecting covered TD businessesProactively advise covered TD businesses of new and changed AML/ATF/ Sanctions/ABAC regulatory and/or policy requirements and articulate the impact to their processes and controlsContribute to the development and implementation of AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC Compliance programsGuide and partner with covered TD businesses through the development, implementation, oversight, and management of effective AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC Compliance ProgramsEscalate and manage to resolution significant issues and eventsRepresent FCRM on internal or external committees relating to designated business activities as requiredDeliver subject matter expertise and AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC guidance to business management, including developing and maintaining management reporting and analysisActively assist in developing and overseeing implementation of business line policies and proceduresCollaborate with subject matter experts to develop and enhance methodologies for analyzing risk exposures of covered TD businessesEnsure respective programs/policies/practices are well managed, meets business needs, complies with internal and external requirements, and aligns with business prioritiesConsistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information, and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriateSupports the development of annual awareness trainingProtect the interests of the organization ? identify and manage risks, and ensure the prompt and thorough resolution of escalated non-standard, high-risk issuesActively manage relationships within and across various business lines, corporate and/or control functions and ensure alignment with enterprise and/or regulatory requirementsKeep current on emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements to and assess potential impactsHandle inquiries/requests from Internal Audit and regulatorsMaintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetiteParticipate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation, and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interestProvide thought leadership and/ or industry knowledge for own area of expertise in own area and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and businessParticipate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross training within own teamContribute to team development of skills and capabilities through mentorship of others, by sharing knowledge and experiences and leveraging best practices.Lead, motivate and develop relationships with internal and external business partners / stakeholders to develop productive working relationships.Contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforceAct as a brand ambassador for your business area/function and the bank, both internally and/or exter
