*Overview* We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills while providing exceptional hair services to our valued clients. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall client experience by delivering high-quality hair styling, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and contributing to a positive salon environment. *Responsibilities* * Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired looks and provide professional recommendations. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations. * Assist at the front desk when necessary, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. * Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring client satisfaction throughout their visit. * Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and drive retail sales. * Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations. *Experience* * Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred. * Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Experience in customer service is essential; familiarity with upselling and retail sales is a plus. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. * Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry is required.
