*Key Responsibilities:*
* Audit financial data within the Company.
* Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Manage general ledger accounting activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals
* Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
* Assist in payroll, accounts payable/receivable, Bank Deposits, account reconciliation and cash management processes.
* Assist in the preparation for audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
* Review accounting policies and recommend improvements for greater efficiency.
* Advise on the credit worthiness of Customers.
* Preparation work and assistance for the year-end audit.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a supervisory role
* Proven experience in an accounting role, with a focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account analysis.
* Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage is required.
* Strong budgeting skills and experience in financial reporting.
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various departments.
* Experience with internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance
