Job details
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties include: answering phones, relaying calls and messages, providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Microsoft Office, office equipment and Sage Accounting.
* You must be self-disciplined and able to work independently when required
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Experience with Excel
* Experience working with CAD programs ? knowledge of simple 2D drawings/DXF?s an asset
* Able to follow instructions and learn quickly
* Manufacturing experience an asset; familiar with metal product/raw materials an asset
* Material pricing/purchasing for quoting/estimating
* Input employee time sheets
* Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4 pm
* Access to company benefits & group RRSP after 90-day probationary period
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
