We are looking for someone who wants the opportunity to start on the ground floor. We are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Technician to join our team as a hybrid worker. This is a full-time, permanent position within one of Ottawa?s most successful startups. The Helpdesk Technician will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and other internal tools used by Augmnett Employees.

*Skill Requirements*
- Work on automation projects and implement internal processes to increase department efficiency.
- Experience with data analytics, being able to translate requirements into usable reports and dashboards.
- Investigate and fix reported issues on internal tools and software.
- Provide telephone, chat, and email-based helpdesk support to Augmentt Employees.
- Assist the Sales team on client provisioning, making sure accounts are properly created in the system and billing is set up correctly.
- Assist Finance team at month end, providing summary invoices for Augmentt Partners.
- Help users set up new hardware, manage software installations, and maintain user account security.
- Able to plan, prioritize, and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives.
- Endeavor to respond to all requests in a timely manner while proactively working with the team on improving our processes.
- Assist peers with their caseload.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, exceptions for qualified candidates.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, strong team player (i.e. flexible, hard-working, fast-learner, self-motivated, results-oriented).
- Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed on objectives.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
