Job Overview\*
We are seeking a dedicated Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines within the industry.
_*The candidate we are looking for are individuals who have experience working directly with a food industry.*_
*Duties:*
- Develop and implement regulatory strategies for product approvals
- Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and changes
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle
- Conduct regulatory research and provide guidance on regulatory issues
- Participate in regulatory agency interactions and audits
- Create NFTs for products
*Experience:*
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Regulatory Affairs or Life Sciences
- Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the industry
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Nice-to-have skills: Sales, Project management, Leadership, Supervising, Business development, Process improvement
- Experience with NutraCoasters and Regulatory portals is a must have
- Experience with Canadian and U.S regulations, a plus if you've handled EU regulations as well
