*Job Summary*
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Bilingual candidates who can communicate in both English and Spanish are highly encouraged to apply.
*Duties*
* Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and telemarketing strategies.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
* Communicate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers.
* Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on progress.
* Collaborate with inside sales teams to align strategies and share market insights.
* Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to help shape future offerings.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role.
* Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred).
* Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and practices.
* Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
* Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.

Pay: $59,070.16-$132,682.03 per year
