We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various clerical tasks, maintaining organized records, and assisting with communication both internally and externally.
*Duties*
* Manage incoming calls and provide exceptional phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary.
* Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized electronic and physical records.
* Utilize Office 365 to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
* Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
* Familiarity with phone systems and strong phone etiquette skills are essential.
* Proficiency in Office 365 applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is required.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
* Attention to detail, particularly in proofreading documents for errors or inconsistencies.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
