*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with contractors, developers, and construction professionals, driving sales for the company?s building supplies. This role requires a proactive approach to client acquisition and account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to work independently to exceed sales targets.
*Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Utilize CRM to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable partnerships.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that align with market trends.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
* Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress towards goals, and market insights.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in business development or a related field
* Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles and practices.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
* Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Familiarity with market analysis techniques and the ability to apply insights to drive business strategies.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building rapport with clients.

Base salary + commission
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
