The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. *Key Responsibilities:* * Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. * Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, including engine, transmission, and electrical problems. * Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs. * Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately assess and address vehicle problems. * Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed. * Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques. * Ensure a clean and safe work environment. *Qualifications:* * Journeyman/Red Seal ticket * Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components. * Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Valid driver?s license. *Benefits:* * Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. * Health, dental, and vision insurance. * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities. * Employee discounts on services and products. * Shop has A/C for the hot summer months. * Grande Prairie is a very affordable place to live.
