We are looking for an individual who wants to grow along side Condo Bridge and handle the day to day operations along with the rapid expansion occurring in the Calgary market. It is expected that the candidate has experience and relationships in the industry and is excited for a tech based approach to property management. Successful candidates will have major opportunities for growth over the next 3-5 years.
*Candidates Must:*
* Have a condominium management license through RECA and experience in managing or assisting in the management of condominiums in the past, *this is required!*
* *Must *be located in Calgary.
* Willing to adapt to a new model of property management.
* Be well versed in technology, all management at Condo Bridge is done via digital means. *Candidate must be able to use a computer effectively!*
* Have baseline understanding of book keeping (credits and debits).
* Be detailed oriented and follow up on tasks assigned.
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Handle day to day tasks for the buildings under management. Please note compared to traditional management the administration burden is significantly reduced. Condo Bridge places a large focus on problem solving, not paper pushing.
* Staying in daily communication with the Boards.
* Carrying out tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors and/or the property manager.
* Site visits monthly ? Check lockboxes and keys, note any issues and document.
* Follow up on arrears.
* Ensuring all vendors invoicing is correct and queued for payment on behalf of the Corporation.
* Obtaining quotes for work.
* Dispatching vendors to attend to issues.
* Inform Board of insurance renewal, AGM timing, fire inspections etc?
* Confirm auditor for year end financial analysis.
* Attend meetings as per contracts as an assistant to the property manager.
* Reconcile financial transactions when needed.
* Helping owners through usage issues of the technology.
* Coordination of vendors on site ranging for single issues, contract work or major project work.
* Responding to any Urgent Matters when required (24/7), approximately 3 a month.
* Weekly updates to the CMO.
*Compensation:*
Salary based on flat base, with modifiers for experience level and company performance. Probation will be 3, possibly 6 months on a contract basis. Additionall bonus and profit share oppertunites after probation.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
