*Job Summary* We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, managing staff, and driving sales to achieve business goals. *Responsibilities* * Lead and manage the spa team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery. * Oversee daily operations, including scheduling staff, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness standards. * Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge. * Monitor retail sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue through effective merchandising and promotions. * Foster a welcoming environment for clients, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly to enhance their experience. * Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and client appointments using spa management software. * Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services and special offers through various channels. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment. *Requirements* * Proven experience in customer service and retail management; prior experience in a spa or wellness setting is preferred. * Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively. * Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus. * Demonstrated ability in training development and team management. * Proficient in retail sales techniques with a focus on achieving targets. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing operations efficiently. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
