*Job Title: Account Executive - New Business*

*Job Description:* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative B2B software sales and a good understanding of the supply chain industry will be a great bonus. You will be responsible for driving growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
\*This is a hybrid office environment in downtown Toronto 3 days a week.\*
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Development of a greenfield market through daily prospecting and harnessing the use of prospecting tools like Zoominfo or LinkedIn Navigator
* Identify and engage with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with prospects.[MG1]
* Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
* Present Slimstock?s solutions to potential clients, articulating the value and benefits effectively.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
* Apply a framework for qualifying deals and enabling the sales process.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
* Successfully negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all customer requirements are met and contracts are signed in a timely manner.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B software sales, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong understanding of the supply chain industry and its challenges.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to confidently convey and articulate value to C-level executives.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
