<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>About This Job</strong></p><p>BALANCED+ is looking to hire a Sales Account Manager to oversee critical accounts in our diverse client base. You will work with great people in different organizations, build relationships, and help to improve and make a difference in business operations.</p><p>The Account Manager role involves identifying and developing new client prospects, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring successful completion of BALANCED+ IT services and solutions to customers. You will be entrusted to drive your team's success and own customer relationships.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Develop solid client relationships and seek new opportunities within assigned accounts on an ongoing basis</li><li>Diligently qualify and develop new business opportunities specializing in IT Services and Solutions.</li><li>Develop and nurture strong business relationships with decision-makers within client organizations.</li><li>Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts</li><li>Meet or exceed SDR-sourced Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) volume targets</li><li>Take ownership of all aspects of the sales process to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services to customers.</li><li>Work closely with other team members to develop and present technical solutions that are appropriate for the customer's requirements.</li><li>Act as a first escalation point for customers on various potential issues.</li><li>Consistently demonstrate a high level of teamwork through working cooperatively and effectively with other internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Update and manage client information and opportunities in CRM</li><li>Provide forecast and other reports as requested by management</li><li>Participate in marketing or lead generation campaigns as required</li><li>Cooperate with technical teams in writing proposals and RFP responses for potential and current customers.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements</li><li>Experience in sales and account management for technical solutions.</li><li>Extensive knowledge and interest in local IT market and industry is strongly desired</li><li>Proficient in using CRM's and LinkedIn</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to make presentations to various clients</li><li>Goal-oriented attitude to achieve targets through self-motivation and determination</li><li>Strong leadership skills are an asset</li><li>Demonstrated ability to maintain relationships</li><li>3-5 years' previous experience in Account Executive role</li><li>PMP certification is a definite asset (Project Management Professional)</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>IMPORTANT</strong>: Knowledge of sales in IT professional services, cybersecurity managed services, and computer networking products is an important asset.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge and familiarity with vendors is preferred<ul><li>Fortinet</li><li>Tenable</li><li>ActZero</li><li>Sophos</li><li>TrendMicro</li><li>Microsoft</li></ul></li><li>Experience in conducting ad-hoc brainstorming sessions with clients (with SE support)</li><li>Conceptual knowledge in cybersecurity (SIEM, ZTNA, SASE, VPN, MFA, MDR, phishing simulation, spam filtering)</li><li>Project management, time organization</li></ul><p><strong>Other</strong></p><ul><li>Travel to/from the client site will be reimbursed (car required)</li><li>Your performance will be evaluated regularly, direct feedback will be provided, and <span class="long-word">personal/professional</span> development will be appreciated financially.</li></ul><p> </p></div>Company Description<div>We're seeking talented, motivated, and creative individuals to join our excellent team.</div></div><h3>Company Description</h3><d
