Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HVAC Salesperson to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving sales of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to both residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct comprehensive in-home or site assessments to accurately determine customer needs and recommend tailored HVAC solutions.
- Develop, present, and follow up on customized proposals to clients, emphasizing the unique benefits of our products and services.
- Negotiate pricing and terms effectively to close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales process, including post-sale follow-up.
- Stay informed on industry trends, new product offerings, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, sales, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the HVAC or related industry.-
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Compensation:
- Competitive commission-based pay structure with significant earning potential based on performance.
