*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed efficiently and effectively. This role involves managing various aspects of customer service, including data entry, shipping and receiving, and load coordination, while utilizing our computer program. *Responsibilities* * Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner. * Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. * Perform accurate data entry related to customer orders, shipments, and inventory management. * Coordinate shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of products. * Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. * Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues related to logistics * Utilize our in house program for tracking orders and managing customer information. * Exhibit strong phone etiquette while handling high volumes of calls. * Carrying out other duties related to the position. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a dispatch role is preferred * Proficient in data entry with attention to detail; ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed. * Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions. * Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is advantageous. * Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. * Knowledge of potato related operations is beneficial but not required.
