Job details
DescriptionA University degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources Management, Law, or other related discipline, with a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience.
Demonstrated experience conducting investigations and drafting briefings and investigation reports, including analysis and findings.
Demonstrated experience in facilitation, problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including effective presentation skills are essential.
Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution would be considered an asset.
Working knowledge of the Alberta Human Rights Act and Police Service Regulation would be considered an asset.
Strong analytical, negotiation and administrative skills with a desire to serve.
The ability to preserve confidentiality in sensitive situations is a key component of this position.
