Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites. Instruct apprentices. Supervise other workers. Estimate costs and materials. Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Travel expenses paid by employer. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Tight deadlines. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Accurate. Client focus. Excellent oral communication. Team player. Experience: 5 years or more.
