As a Finishing & Painting Labourer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality interior finishing services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Performing a variety of interior finishing tasks such as painting, drywall repair, caulking, and trim installation.</li><li>Preparing surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling cracks or holes.</li><li>Applying paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.</li><li>Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.</li><li>Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.</li><li>Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Assisting with other general labour tasks as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in painting, finishing, or related trades.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Familiarity with various painting techniques, tools, and materials.</li><li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.</li><li>Physical ability to perform manual labour tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>Prisma Property Services Inc. is a trusted, local company in Thunder Bay, Ontario, specializing in high-quality interior finishing and painting services.
