This role is responsible for the daily distribution of sensitive and confidential media to all lines of business and regions. </p> <p>The incumbent maintains a high level of quality assurance, is highly adaptible, able to work in a fast paced environment and promotes Medavie's Core Values on the daily. </p> <p> </p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p> <p><br> ? Distributes, analyzes, and organizes various types of sensitive and confidential media based on business rules and service level agreements for multiple regions. <br> ? Practices and promotes a high level of quality assurance, in day-to-daoperations, on all items processed.<br> ? Builds and maintains relationships with team members and key stakeholders through open communication.<br> ? Updates business knowledge easily and readily; adapts to process changes with a change ready attitude and approach.<br> ? Works collaboratively with team members and leaders to ensure service levels are met and workflow is covered for all lines of business for each region on the daily.<br> ? Ensures administrations tasks are completed on the daily and recorded accurately; individual productivity tracker, incoming / outgoing job metrics, team tasks.<br> ? Ability to work in a fast paced, ever evolving environment while maintaining a positive outlook and living Medavie's Core Values.<br> ? Operates and performs maintenance on digital and mechanical equipment related to document and media processing; postage, inserting and envelope processing machines; scanners and associated software; printers and presses.<br> ? Other duties as assigned.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p> <p><br> <b>Education:</b> High school diploma or equivalent</p> <p><br> <b>Work Experience:</b> 6 months of relevant work experience in a customer focused, fast paced work environment.</p> <p><br> <b>Other Qualifications:</b> Ability to lift or move items up to 22kg; highly adaptable; operate and maintain multiple pieces of equipment; strong communication skills, written and spoken; high attention to detail and familiarity with quality assurance measures.</p> <p><br> <b>Computer Skills:</b> Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, Kofax Capture, Kofax Total Agility, SharePoint, and Directories.</p> <p><br> <b>Language Skills</b>: Bilingualism in English and French would be considered an asset.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Core Co
