As a social enterprise, the profits we make help fund programs within the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) community to benefit members and their families.</span></p> <p><span>SISIP Financial services are available to Canadian Armed Forces Members both virtually and in-person. We have 23 offices located in CAF communities across Canada. Our national office is located in Ottawa.</span></p><strong>THE ROLE</strong><p><span>The Associate Investment Funds Advisor supports clients on implementing investment strategies to assist them in achieving their goals. They assist in the client discovery process through pre-meeting information gathering and subsequent delivery to advisor. They greet clients and potential clients, ascertain nature of business and direct them to the appropriate person or determine needs and/or start next phase. They organize marketing activities on behalf of advisory professionals. They support business growth of assigned branches through telemarketing and outbound calls, prepare client/prospect call lists and track progress, as required.</span></p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong><p><span><strong><span>Education, Certifications and Licenses</span></strong><span> </span></span></p> <p><span>Bachelor?s degree or College diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field</span></p> <p><span>Current Mutual Funds License (MFDA/AMF) with either Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) Course or Canadian Securities Course (CSC)</span></p> <p><span>Investment Funds Course (IFC)</span></p> <p><span>Certified Financial Planner, an asset</span></p> <p><span><strong><span>Experience</span></strong><span> </span></span></p> <p><span>In providing advice to clients</span></p> <p><span>In investment services</span></p> <p><span>In working in a branch environment</span></p> <p><span>In providing assistance to financial professionals</span></p> <p><span>In using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems</span></p> <p><span>In transactional account and client records management</span></p> <p><span><strong><span>Competencies</span></strong><span> </span></span></p> <p><span><span>Client </span><span>focus, </span><span>organizational </span><span>knowledge, </span><span>communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.</span><span> </span></span></p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><p><span>Ensure relationships are managed, compliant and adheres to regulatory and service requirements.</span></p> <p><span>Develop and deliver personal business plan to acquire and retain clients in a personal book of business.</span></p> <p><span>Travel to Base/Wing/Unit (B/W/U) and collaborate with SISIP financial advisory professionals to conduct presentations, deepen B/W/U partner relationships and develop and retain client relationships with CAF members a
