We?re seeking an exceptional, detail-oriented full-time Graphic Designer (reporting to the Creative Director) whose primary purpose is to deliver great creative work to our clients.
*What you will do:*
See digital and print projects through, from beginning to end. Working alongside our Senior Designer, and Creative Director, you?ll bring brand concepts to life and deliver great creative work that meets our client?s needs. You?ll find yourself designing brand experiences and content for digital (ex: email, webpages, etc) and print (brochures, posters, etc.). You?ll be asked to:
* Study project briefs and determine creative requirements.
* Research and prepare mood-boards/inspiration with a high degree of quality and independence, but with guidance and oversight from creative leadership.
* Design visuals, graphics, and layouts based on client and project requirements and with a solid understanding of typography, space, and hierarchy.
* Proofread and prepare final files to be sent to printers, clients, and external stakeholders.
* Present work to clients, refine the work based on their feedback with a high degree of attention to detail and deliver the final product for their approval.
* Assist with Quality Assurance on digital projects including delivering clear and concise feedback.
* Follow Bare Brand processes to ensure projects are delivered in an organized and timely manner.
* Deliver quality work and results, on-time.
* Effectively collaborate and communicate, verbally and written, on layout and design.
* Ensure creative work is visually appealing and on-brand.
* Work with all other stakeholders to ensure high quality work is delivered on time.
* Review all deliverables for quality of presentation (ex: clean artwork, spelling/grammar, file setup, etc.) and adherence to client requirements (e.g. on-brand, message).
From brand development and web design to social media content and performance marketing ads, you?ll be juggling multiple projects and deadlines. The work will be varied and ever-changing, and you?ll need to be able to shift gears quickly.
*What we?re looking for:*
* Undergraduate degree or diploma in Graphic Design, or within a related discipline.
* 1-2 years working in a creative/production role, with proven experience in digital.
* ?Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma, and Microsoft Office (Word & PowerPoint).
* Experience working with and collaborating with creative teams, including other designers, and vendors.
* Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity and change.
* Understanding of multichannel communication platforms, as well as what is needed to adapt and optimize creative across these delivery methods.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Confident and effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for great design, digital marketing, and plants.
