*Experienced Construction Labourer*
We are seeking an Experienced Labourer who will be responsible for performing various tasks associated with the construction of foundations. This role involves working under the direction of the Foreman and other supervisory staff to ensure that foundation projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required specifications.

We provide foundation solutions from start to finish for Residential, Commercial, and Agricultural projects and Equipment Services. *Responsibilities:*
* Prepare and clean construction sites by clearing debris, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
* Set up and stripping concrete forms
* Pour and vibrate concrete
* Rebar cutting, tying and placing
* Load, unload, and carry construction materials, including forms, rebar, and tools, to and from work sites.
* Clean and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
* Attend Safety Meetings and follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Foreman or other supervisory staff to assist in the completion of the project.
*Qualifications:*
* At least 2 years of *foundation construction experience* (other construction experience will be considered)
* *Valid Class 5 driver?s license (required) *- _Please do NOT apply if you don't meet this requirement._
* Have a car in and out of work
* Carpentry Apprenticeship certification or education in progress is an asset.
* Willing to work on half days on Saturdays
* Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
* Able to work in team and in fast-paced environment
* Safety oriented
*Physical capabilities: *
* Physically Fit/ able to handle heavy loads up to 50kg (110lbs). Able to work long hours in standing positions and doing repetitive tasks. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be good with heights. Enjoy working outdoors
*Personal Capabilities: *
* Committed individual capable of taking on responsibility, who is reliable, and hard working. A team player who is a good listener that can take direction, and help others.
*Duration of Employment:*
* Currently hiring seasonal candidates until December 2024. Offer of permanent employment available for selected candidates.

Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
