We are adding to our team! Richmond Medical Clinic has two openings for Medical Office Assistants! We will be hiring two part time positions. Shifts are a mix of daytime (8am-4:30pm) and evening (12-8pm) Monday through Friday with an 8am-4pm Saturday rotation. Hourly wage is based on experiences and references. *Responsibilities* * Reception responsibilities include answering phones, booking appointments, responding to messages, checking in patients * Administrative responsibilities including processing mail, scanning documents, handling patient results * Patient responsibilities include rooming patients, vitals (height, weight, blood pressure, temperature) patient tests (urine, strep, vision) * Use of EMR software to log all patient encounters *Qualifications* * Experience in a medical environment, family practice preferred * Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) (preferably PS Suites) * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment * Wage is based on experience and references Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.40 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationRichmond, ON
