Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Tasks: Compile orders and instructions received from customers. Develop specific plans to prioritize. Revise type and quantity of materials required sent for production, construction and other projects. Track and complete work orders. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit reports. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units. Prepare and maintain progress and other reports. Project management. Provide customer service. Conduct performance reviews. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Follow-up on issues with work orders. Organize and maintain inventory. Computer and technology knowledge: Dispatch management service software. Database software. MS Excel. MS Word. MS Office. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs). Personal suitability: Client focus. Flexibility. Organized. Reliability. Team player.
