Are you an energetic and organized individual with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support? We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our chiropractic clinic and play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. If you possess computer knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and experience in appointment booking, billing insurance, and handling financial transactions, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Utilize computer knowledge to handle electronic health records, manage patient databases, and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to coordinate patient care and ensure an optimal patient experience.
- Oversee the billing and insurance process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Manage financial transactions, including cash handling and processing payments from patients and insurance companies.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and ensure adequate stock is maintained.
- Train and supervise administrative support staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure a high standard of performance.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Handle any administrative issues that may arise, resolving them promptly and professionally.
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in a healthcare setting or related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in using office software and electronic health record systems.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to handle financial transactions and manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
- High level of energy and enthusiasm, with the capability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with chiropractic practices and terminology is a plus, but not mandatory.
