Location: Kitsilano, Vancouver We're seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities: * Greet patients as they arrive and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable. * Schedule and confirm appointments for patients * Collect and verify patient information and insurance details * Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries and concerns * Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry * Process and file insurance claims and verify coverage * Collect payments from patients and ensure accurate billing * Assist with various administrative tasks as needed by the office manager Requirements: * Familiarity with dental terminology, codes, and procedures. * Minimum of 2 year working in a dental office is preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency in computer skills and experience with dental software. * Dentrix knowledge is an asset.
