Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Esthetician's salon. Beauty shop or aesthetic service. Spa. Tasks: Make custom designs for clients. Provide general information to customers on beauty products. Apply or remove artificial nails and nail art. Clean, trim and polish nails. Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions. Repair and mask aesthetic defects. Maintain and build own clientele. Provide product demonstrations. Sell establishments products. Manicures. Pedicures.
