*Position:* Corporate Law Clerk
*Location:* Toronto, Ontario (In-person only)
*Type:* Full-time (Permanent)

*About the Position*
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Law Clerk to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate *must have a minimum one year of experience as a corporate and commercial law clerk* with a strong background in various corporate legal matters. This position is entirely in-person, and remote work is not an option. Real estate law experience is an asset, but the primary focus of this role is corporate law.

*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of one year experience as a corporate and commercial law clerk.
* Proficiency in preparing and reviewing minute books, including remedial work.
* Experience in handling corporate reorganizations.
* Familiarity with incorporating federal and provincial corporations.
* Extensive experience assisting with section 85 rollovers.
* Extensive experience assisting with share purchase and asset purchase transactions.
* Ability to assist with drafting commercial contracts.
* Real estate law experience is an asset but not required.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Understanding of the following software is an asset: Clio, Unity, LDD, Appara, LLC, MS word, Adobe Pro, DocuSign, Google Sheets and Google Drive.
