Police Services Quality Assurance Supervisor Join our dynamic team! Help create Kelowna as a City of the Future. As the Police Services Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and the management of Police Services Quality Assurance Unit Municipal Employees who provide support services to the RCMP. You will also provide support and coverage to the Police Services Municipal Supervisory Team. You demonstrate self-awareness and an authentic commitment to staff engagement, building a strong, healthy organizational culture and developing staff. You have at least 7 years of related experience in a policing environment and/or post-secondary education in management. You have solid leadership experience, and you work well under pressure to meet deadlines and expectations. You have extensive knowledge in researching and interpreting RCMP policy. You have strong written and verbal communication skills; well-developed research, analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent consultation, negotiation and deescalating abilities; You have a valid class 5 driver?s license. You must be able to obtain and maintain an RCMP Security Clearance and Provincial Special Constable Status.Live, work and play in one of Canada?s fastest growing cities.
