Duties and Responsibilities: Manage accounting activities of the Company to ensure compliance with IFRS specifically (IAS19, IFRS15, IFRS16, Company policy and guidelines, internal audits, and external regulating bodies. Perform and review monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliation including bank reconciliation Prepare quarterly forecast and annual budget Review and analyze company's short term and long-term incentives including fringe benefits, and current and previous month results. Process and journal FX revaluation for the two U.S. entities under Vitesco umbrella Responsible for closing the month-end Perform monthly reconciliation of trial balance between Canada and Germany records, ensuring both data are reconciled. Assist team members with internal and external auditors for quarterly, half-year and yearly audit for any queries and audit requests. Handling complex allocations in SAP- LocationChatham, ON
