Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Collect data to identify areas for improvement within an organization's IT infrastructure. Document customers' requirements for projects. Document reporting needs, queries, logic, results and recommendations to other information systems professionals. Enact measures to make sure unauthorized users cannot access the data. Provide advice to other informatics professionals regarding database management tools. Operate database management systems to analyze data.
