*Position Overview:* We are seeking an energetic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field and a go-getter attitude. This role is crucial for driving our growth and expanding our market presence.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Market Research & Analysis:*
* Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
* Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
* *Strategic Planning:*
* Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
* Set clear goals and objectives for business expansion.
* *Client Relationship Management:*
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.
* *Sales & Revenue Generation:*
* Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Meet new/ existing clients and set corporate parties.
* *Event Coordination:*
* Oversee the planning and execution of corporate parties and events.
* Ensure all events meet client expectations and company standards.
* *Team Leadership:*
* Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
* Provide training and support to enhance team performance.
*Key Skills:*
* *Analytical Thinking:* Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
* *Communication:* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* *Negotiation:* Skilled in negotiating deals and contracts.
* *Leadership:* Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
* *Strategic Planning:* Proficiency in developing and executing business strategies.
* *Event Management:* Experience in coordinating and managing events.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* A go-getter attitude with a passion for the entertainment industry.
