*Job Summary\**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
*\*Responsibilities\**
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information about our services
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Perform data entry to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs effectively
- Handle some light bookkeeping which includes Quickbooks data entry, invoicing and collections.
*\*Experience\**
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse customers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Bookkeeping and Data Entry experience
