Establishes strong processes of utilizing formal and informal resident feedback to influence operational practices. Oversees the orientation of new Residents through established standards . Ensures all departments are in compliance with established organizational Brand Standards, Policies, and Procedures. Initiates, supports activities that will result in best possible outcome for residents Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure RAI-LTCF assessment outcomes are understood and incorporated in the care plan Attends training and other educational activities to maintain current knowledge of the RAI-LTCF process. Provides RAI-LTCF education and computer application training to all applicable users About You Bachelor of Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing Current registration with the provincial College of Registered Nurses Demonstrated computer skills and ability to use electronic information systems, including but not limited to electronic health records, human capital management systems, etc. Asset: Previous supervisory/leadership experience in long term care or a health service environment About Us It all began in 1988 when our Founder, Joseph Shannon, purchased a single nursing home in his hometown of Sydney, Cape Breton.
