*Job Title:* Part-Time Store Manager
*Location:* 101-825 Centennial Boulevard, Warman
*Hours:* 3 days a week, 20-25 hours, Flexible Schedule

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and contribute to our continued success.
*Job Overview:* As the Part-Time Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our boutique, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will manage the store team, handle customer inquiries, and leverage your social media skills to enhance our online presence and drive sales. Your passion for fashion and strong management experience will be key to thriving in this role.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Store Management:* Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing the store, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.
* *Team Leadership:* Train, motivate, and manage store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Schedule shifts and manage employee performance.
* *Customer Service:* Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
* *Social Media:* Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our boutique and engage with our community. Manage social media accounts, create content, and track performance.
* *Visual Merchandising:* Ensure that the store?s visual presentation aligns with brand standards and showcases merchandise effectively.
*Qualifications:*
* *Experience:* Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a boutique or fashion-related environment.
* *Fashion Enthusiast:* A strong passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends.
* *Social Media Skills:* Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) and experience in creating engaging content.
* *Leadership:* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
* *Customer Focus:* Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to creating a positive shopping experience.
* *Flexibility:* Ability to work a flexible schedule, may include the odd evening or weekend but hours would mainly be Monday-Friday from 9:30-4:15. (3-4 days a week)
