The Contract Cancellation Specialist is responsible for managing an processing cancellation requests from customers, dealerships, and financial institutions for service contracts. This role requires close collaboration with these stakeholders to ensure cancellations are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and application regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The Contract Cancellation Specialist will perform the following tasks:
- Process Cancellation Requests: Review, validate, and process cancellation requests, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Communication: Serve as the primary contact for customers, dealerships, and financial institutions regarding cancellation inquiries, providing clear, timely responses to all questions or concerns.
- Data Entry: Accurately input cancellation data in the system.
- Coordinate with Dealerships: Work closely with dealerships to obtain necessary approvals and documentation, ensuring a smooth and efficient cancellation process.
- Compliance: Ensure all cancellations comply with the terms and conditions of the policies, while maintaining accurate records for audit and filing purposes.
- Follow-up: Monitor the status of pending cancellations and follow up with relevant parties to expedite resolution as needed.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to cancellations, including disputes or calculation errors.
