Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Liquor and wine store. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale. Determine staffing requirements. Oversee payroll administration. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments. Supervision: 5-10 people. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Hardworking. Flexibility.
