Job Description *Business* *Profile*: Health Bound Health Network is a network of rehabilitation clinics that is revolutionizing rehabilitation by helping people overcome the challenges of disabling injury, illness, or age-related health conditions to live active and healthier. *Objectives:* Office administrator assistant coordinates activities and third-party personnel to the company in a professional manner, reporting to the Office Manager. *Education: *BA in Business administration or related fields. *Skills:* Telephone skills, customer service, attention to detail, Word, Excel, Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Experience in an administrative role. *Responsibilities:* * Coordinate and schedule medical appointments, including any related communication with clients, providers, and involved team members, arrange the transportation for appointments. * Keep patient appointments on schedule by notifying the provider of patient's arrival; review service delivery compared to schedule; reminding provider of service delays. * Welcome patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors in a pleasant manner, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. * Comfort patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area. * Ensure availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records. Protect patients' rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information. * Maintain business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; place and expedite orders for supplies; verify receipt of supplies; schedule equipment service and repairs.
