<p>We are looking for a customer service oriented doorman to be the ambassador and main point of contact for our property in downtown Montreal. We are looking to fill a full-time position (Schedule to be discussed)</p><br><div>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</div><p>Are you bilingual and would like to earn an hourly wage of $18.67? <BR>The ideal candidate will be friendly, courteous, warm, caring and comfortable with people of all ages.<BR><BR>- Ensure that policies and procedures for first class service are followed<BR>- Welcome residents, guests and managers to the complex<BR>- Interact with all tenants and guests in a pleasant and professional manner<BR>- Answer the phone and handle calls<BR>- Receive maintenance complaints from tenants and record them in the appropriate log<BR>- Receive and process incoming deliveries, shipments, mail and packages<BR>Ensure that the main entrance and workstation are always clean and tidy<BR>- Report any issues to administration<BR>- Respond to incidents (noise, security, accidents, etc.)<BR>- Perform other duties as assigned</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Analyze client needs</li><li>Ensure adequate communication between staff on different shifts</li><li>Greet visitors</li><li>Interact with your colleagues in response to client requests</li><li>Manage customer inquiries</li><li>Note and following up on all residents' requests</li><li>Provide a high level of customer service</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>A good working knowledge of French and English, both oral and written</li><li>1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Nightly Premium applicable at $1/hour</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Consistent schedule</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Multiple schedules available</div>- LocationMontréal, QC
