*Position:* Executive Assistant
*Location:* Vancouver, BC
The Executive Assistant to the Leadership Team is a key role and opportunity within Westbank. As the manager of the executive office your role spans coordination, project management, communications and logistics. You are the right hand to the leadership team, working closely with key members of the team at Westbank and in the Westbank umbrella of companies, including Fairmont Pacific Rim, Shangri La Hotels Vancouver and Toronto, House Concepts, Goh Ballet and Siegel Entertainment. You are indispensable to the leadership office?s functioning and in your role you will oversee all aspects of day to day operations to make sure things run smoothly.

*You might be the right fit if you:*
* Have experience in communications, architecture/design, project management and/or EA/Admin, *or* an ability to take your previous work experience and apply it, to thrive in new contexts.
* Have exceptional interpersonal communication skills - able to interact in person, by phone and online with internal and external groups on a daily basis, with poise and composure.
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Are a solutions-oriented, active problem solver with the motivation to learn.
* Have strong computer skills. You are an excellent typist, are fluent in Windows and Mac operating systems and can work business tools (Teams, Zoom, GoTo Meeting, Adobe, Microsoft Office) on both.
* Are level-headed, cool under pressure and trusted to get things done at an exceptional level of quality.
* Are intuitive and sensitive to context ? you can read the room and act accordingly.
* Are highly organized, adaptive, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
* Are able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and staff (at all levels) and become a trusted advisor to the leadership team.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
