*Katalyst Chartered Professional Accountants*, a public practice accounting firm, is currently seeking an experienced and versatile manager to join our team at our Marpole office. We are a highly dedicated and enthusiastic team that works exclusively with owner-managed businesses and private companies providing both accounting and tax services. *Responsibilities* Review and manage compilation engagements and personal and corporate tax compliance (T1, T2, T3, T4, T5s and GST) to ensure timely and on budget delivery. Willingness to train and mentor staff. Work closely with partners to manage workflow and client relationships. Respond to client enquiries while also building strong relationships. Correspond and communicate with CRA. Maintain core knowledge of CSRS 4200, Compilation Engagements and working knowledge of ASPE Participate in all facets of quality control of the firm. *Qualifications* *4 years working in public practice* with relevant private company (specifically, CCPC) experience *with* at least *2 years in a management role.* Professional accounting designation. Proficient in CaseWare, Taxprep and Quickbooks. Have strong written, interpersonal and client relationship building skills. Ability to prioritize workload and multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously. A well-rounded good-natured person.
