*About the position*
We are actively seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Inventory Control Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to both the operational and financial success of our growing business. The qualified candidate will play a pivotal role in refining and implementing effective inventory control procedures while actively engaging in essential accounting and financial management tasks.
*Responsibilities*
_Inventory Management:_
* Develop and implement robust inventory control procedures.
* Monitor and analyze inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize costs.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate forecasting and timely replenishment.
_Financial Control:_
* Manage day-to-day financial transactions and documentation.
* Prepare comprehensive financial reports and summaries for management review.
* Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes.
_Accounting Tasks:_
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
* Reconcile financial discrepancies through the collecting and analyzing account information.
* Ensure strict compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
_Collaboration:_
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies with overall business goals.
* Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records.
*Qualifications/Education/Experience*
* Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
* Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
* Demonstrated over 5 yrs related experience in inventory management and control.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles.
* Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., accounting software).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
