We are currently looking for a dynamic software support specialist with good communication skills at our Quebec city office.<br><br>As a software support specialist at DataDis, you will:<br><ul><li>Provide assistance to users of our MIR-RT software and applications.</li><li>Configure gateways to ensure the exchange of information between our MIR-RT Software and our clients' software solutions.</li><li>Assist customers in the installation of MIR-RT as well as in the import and transfer of their data.</li><li>Assist customers with software updates.</li><li>Provide the necessary solutions for optimal use.</li><li>Test our new software features and specific customer changes.</li></ul> <br> <ul><li><strong>Bilingual</strong></li><li><span>Dynamic </span></li><li><span>Positive </span></li><li><span>Able to work under pressure </span></li><li><span>Be a team player</span></li><li><span>Able to work in solution mode with our clients</span></li></ul>- LocationQuébec, QC
