I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area. <br>Our team of finance experts speaks your language and works in your environment. We cover the finance, accounting and payroll professions. <br> <br>I'm looking for a coordinator for my client in downtown Montreal. This is a 1-year mandate, in hybrid mode 2- telecommuting days). <br> <br>Your responsibilities: <br> <br>- You will advise management and lawyers on potential collection risks. You will be required to draw up a clear picture of payer profiles for the clients under your responsibility; <br>- Your excellent customer service and perseverance will be major assets in the collection of overdue accounts; <br>- You will record information gathered during account collection and work with the treasury team to apply payments; <br>- You will assess the payment capacity of the customers assigned to you. You will enter into negotiations with customers while collaborating directly with the lawyers and the rest of the Finance team; <br>- Your professionalism and excellent sense of collaboration will help you coordinate all customer requests involving other Finance departments, with the aim of making the necessary corrections to facilitate the collection of payments.</p><p>- You have a DEC in administrative techniques, accounting option, or equivalent; <br>- You have experience in a high-volume company, which is a major asset for us; <br>- You have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in collections; <br>- You are fluent in both spoken and written French; <br>- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and Outlook); <br>- You manage priorities effectively, while demonstrating attention to detail and discretion. <br> <br>PROCESS: First interview with Hugo LANDO, Recruitment Consultant, then with the Financial Controller. <br>- To apply: www.fedfinance.ca <br>- To contact me: +1 (438) 542-3407</p>
