We are a luxury boutique Design-Build firm located in West Vancouver. We specialize in designing, building, and renovating residential and commercial projects across the Lower Mainland. With a beautiful office location near the seawall and many great restaurants and coffee shops nearby, we offer an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, award-winning team. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic *SEO Specialist* (ages 18-28) to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong SEO knowledge and experience in driving organic growth, along with the ability to manage social media content and campaigns as needed. *Responsibilities:* * Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. * Perform on-site and off-site SEO optimizations, including keyword research, technical SEO, and content improvements. * Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and track competitors? SEO efforts. * Monitor and evaluate SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted SEO content for the website, blogs, and social media channels. * Optimize website structure, content, and user experience for SEO best practices. * Create and update SEO reports to track performance against KPIs and suggest improvements. * Work with internal teams to ensure proper implementation of SEO recommendations. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes to maintain SEO strategy effectiveness. * Support the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies, including paid ads (PPC) when necessary. * Conduct ongoing keyword research and discovery to identify opportunities for content and website enhancements. * Ensure that all content follows SEO best practices, including meta descriptions, title tags, alt text, and URL structure. *Qualifications:* * 1-3 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing. * Strong understanding of on-site, off-site, and technical SEO best practices. * Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.). * Strong knowledge of keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies. * Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress. * Experience in social media management and digital content creation is a plus. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret SEO data and trends. * A tech-savvy individual with a passion for digital marketing and problem-solving. *Preferred Education or Certifications:* * Certification in SEO, Digital Marketing, or a related field is an asset. * Knowledge of SEO copywriting, social media management, and branding. * Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Lightroom is a plus. *Job Types:* * Full-time, Part-time *Pay:* * $20.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience *Benefits:* * Casual dress code * Company events * Flexible schedule and work-from-home options (hybrid) * On-site parking *Work Schedule:* * 8-hour shift (Monday to Friday) * Part-time hours: 20-40 per week. *Location:* * West Vancouver, BC (must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work). *Application Requirements:* * Provide a portfolio of websites and keywords you have ranked for. * Include contact details for previous clients or businesses as references.
